"For those of you concerned about the cost of the PTI weekends, I have something I want to share. I had the same concerns 6 months ago when I sat where you are sitting. When I hear the word "cost" I think of sacrifice. We use it when we describe something we've lost..."It cost me my job" "He cost me the best years of my life" etc.
I really wish the PTI brochure would take off the word "cost" and replace it with the word "Investment" because that's how I see this entire process. Every paycheck, I put a certain amount of money into a cluster of stocks in my 403B. At the end of the month I get my statement....and I do a happy dance when there is even more money in the pot than I've had deducted from my paycheck. My balance has grown! This is the way I feel about the PTI investment.
