I offer individual therapy for teenagers and adults as well as marriage therapy/couples counseling.

My area of specialty is trauma work and treating conditions that result from trauma such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, physical and health related conditions, body image issues and eating disorders. My clients often find that the mind body methods I use are more effective than talk therapy in leading to permanent healing and behavior change.

My fee is $225 for the initial 90 minute intake and $150 for 50 minute sessions.

I do not accept insurance but you can use your HSA or FSA if you have one. You can also ask your insurance company if they will cover some of the cost. Many insurance plans do offer out of network benefits.

I do not bill insurance for services. Payment is expected at the time of service. I can provide you with proof of service such as a billing statement/receipt which you can submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement.
